Custom boards

When you save a board, the photos are cropped and shrunk to 512 pixels in your browser; the original files never leave your device. We store the cropped photos, names and title so the board link works. Boards aren’t listed or searchable — anyone with the link can open one. A board is deleted 30 days after it was last opened or played.

Only upload photos you have the right to share, and ask people before putting their face on a board.

Public gallery

If you tick “Share in the public gallery”, we review the board and may list it on the templates pages, where anyone can play it. Listed boards don’t expire. We don’t list photos of private people. Anyone can report a board; a board with several reports is hidden until we review it again, and we remove boards that break these rules.

Online games

The names you type and the questions you ask go through our server to your opponent. Game rooms are kept in memory only and disappear about two hours after both players leave.

Usage statistics

We count page views and how the site is used — for example which boards and game modes are played — and may record anonymous page interactions to find what to improve. We don’t sell this data.
